Farook Kassim Farook Kassim
Managing Director – al bogari Holdings

Farook helped to found al bogari Holdings in 1974, and has been with the firm since its inception.

With a corporate career spanning over thirty years, He brings vast hands-on experience to the firm. Farook is the current Chairperson of the Dubai Food Group, an umbrella organization under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce looking after the interests of the food and beverage industry in Dubai. Farook graduated from the OPM Programme at Harvard University in 2005. In the summer of 2008, he attended a course at the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs, USA. He is also a director of Expolanka Holdings, a privately held Sri Lankan conglomerate and a non-executive director of Al Baraka Bank South Africa, the leading Islamic Bank in South Africa.

Omar graduated from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom before joining al bogari Holdings in 2006.Omar’s innovative and dynamic approach is helping to shape the future of al bogari Holdings.

Karlo joined us with a wealth of experience in marketing and brand management in various industries in the UAE. He was recently affiliated with Emirates National Group, a leading transportation conglomerate in the region, overseeing their overall marketing activities that involved ATL/BTL marketing, public relations, branding, and CRM. Prior to that, Karlo worked with Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, where he successfully carried out marketing campaigns for renowned exhibitions like International Property Show and Dubai Woodshow.

Gulneet Chadha
Human Resources & Admin Manager – al bogari Holdings

Gulneet is a well rounded human resources professional with over 5 years of comprehensive experience in the UAE and India. She has a Master’s degree in English and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Management in the University of Wollongong in Dubai. Her most recent appointment saw her establish the HR Department of Oqyana, a leading real estate developer in the UAE with prestigious projects that include developments in The World islands. She also held the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager in Khaleej Times, one of the most influential English broadsheets in the UAE for 3 years.
