Judy Thomas
Chief Executive Officer – al bogari Commodities

Judy brings with him 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the Middle East. He has an MBA degree from Bharahyar University of South India, and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers(UK). Before joining al bogari Commodities, he worked with Sucden Middle East, one of the largest sugar traders in the world.

Dinesh Kumar
Trading Manager – al bogari Commodities

Dinesh has over 10 years of experience in trading and exporting a wide range of agricultural commodities for some of the largest companies in the industry. He first began his career as an Export and Logistics Manager for a Tanzanian company in 1999. Three years later, he was hired by Sosaco Nigeria, a subsidiary of Watanmal & Boolchand Co., to oversee their export department. In 2008, he joined a Nigeria-based company to supervise their agricultural commodity trading operation, before moving back to al bogari Commodities in 2009. A native of India, Dinesh has a Bachelors of Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from BIT Ranchi.

Rakesh Nair
Senior Trader – al bogari Commodities

Rakesh joined al bogari Commodities in 2009 bringing with him vast hands on experience of agricultural commodity trading and brokerage. He was previously associated with Bright Star Global Trading Corp, a leading agricultural commodity trading company in India, where he spent 6 years building their international trading business as a Business Manager. Rakesh is a Bachelor of Science graduate and holds an MBA from Anna University in Chennai, India.

Ahmed Bamasood
Quality Controller – al bogari Commodities

Ahmed is the lead Quality Controller at al bogari Commodities and has been with the firm for over 18 years. He is a dates fruit specialist and is the first and last point of contact for all of al bogari Commodities’ products that pass through ports in the UAE before being shipped to customers. Previously, Ahmed was a Loading Supervisor for Al Shoaib Foodstuff Establishment, with responsibility for products like Dry Fruit, Spices and Tallow. He joined al bogari Commodities in 1992 as a loading supervisor and was promoted to his current position in 2002.

Asgar Parvez
Quality Controller – al bogari Commodities

Asgar is a versatile Quality Controller with over 20 years of experience working for various industries in the GCC and India. He has been with al bogari Commodities since 1996 and has grown with the firm over the years. Early in his career, he was an export supervisor for a granite exporter in India before moving to Saudi Arabia where he worked for 7 years as a workshop supervisor for one of the royal families. Asgar is in-charge of quality control and has extensive experience for products like cumin seed, almonds and raisins.
