Storage
Cashew can quickly turn rancid due to their high oil content. Store them in an airtight container and place them in a cool dry place to avoid absorption of other food odors. Cashew will last up to 6 months if refrigerated or even 1 year if kept frozen. They will quickly turn rancid if stored in room temperature.

How to select
High quality raw cashew nuts should be ivory-white in color, compact, uniform in size and feel heavy in hand. They should be free from cracks, molds, and spots and must not exhibit any rancid smell.

Packaging
Cashews are packed in 50lb/25lb flexi bags and 25kg/10kg tin cans.

Shipment
Our cashews are packed in either flexi bags or tin cans and are then loaded in a 20-foot container. Each container can hold approximately 750 cartons (tin packaging) or 700 cartons (flexi packaging), which are equivalent to 16 metric tons.
