Storage
Once the nuts are ripe (split on one end), their shelf life deteriorates rapidly. Unshelled ripe pistachios must be stored in airtight containers in cool, dry place. They can last up to 3 months if stored properly in the refrigerator or up to 1 year if kept in the freezer.

How to select
Ripe pistachios have one end of the nut split open. Unopened nuts should be avoided, as this is a sign of immaturity. You should also choose the greener kernels as this indicates better flavor.

Packaging
We can customize any type of packaging according to customer requirements. Pistachio is typically packed in 50kg bags.

Shipment
Once the pistachios are packed in 50kg bags, they are then loaded in a 20-foot container. Each container can hold approximately 250 bags, which are equivalent to 12.5 metric tons.
