Storage
Dried chickpeas will last up to 12 months if stored properly. Keep them in an airtight container and store in a relatively cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

How to select
When purchasing dried chickpeas, always look for beans that are identical in sizes and evenly colored. You must also check for cracks or holes that could have been caused by insect infestation.

Packaging
Chickpeas are packed in 25kg and 50kg pp bags.

Shipment
The packaged chickpeas are loaded in a 20-foot container. Each container can hold approximately 460 bags, which are equivalent to 23 metric tons.
