Storage
Fresh green peas have a very short shelf life and should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days to ensure freshness. Dried peas last relatively longer but have to be kept in well-ventilated, cool and dry place.

How to select
When selecting fresh green peas, always look for bright green coloration, smooth texture and uniform sizes. Dried green peas on the other hand should have very low moisture content with no visible cracks or holes.

Packaging
Green peas are packed in either 50kg or 25kg bags.

Shipment
Products are packed in bags and are then loaded in a 20-foot container. Each container can hold approximately 460 bags, which are equivalent to 23 metric tons.
