Anwar Habib
Chief Executive Officer – al bogari Islamic Gold

Anwar has over 20 years of senior management experience in both start-up and multinational investment firms. Anwar joined al bogari Islamic Gold in 2003 and spearheaded the creation of one of the region’s first Shariah-compliant Gold & Silver bullion trading platform. Prior to joining al bogari Islamic Gold, Anwar was Group General Manager of Quills where he worked closely with leading US-based financial institutions to manage the group’s diverse investment portfolio. He also worked with Al Futtaim Electronics where he managed the sales program of Toshiba Computer’s product line in UAE and Qatar. Under his leadership, Toshiba became the leading technology brand in UAE and Qatar. Anwar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from M.S. Ramia Insitute of Techonology in India.

Ramkumar Chandrasekharan
Trader Analyst – al bogari Islamic Gold

Ramkumar is a trading professional with over 10 years of experience; six of which have been spent in trading commodities and currencies . He started his career in commodity trading when he joined a UK-based, CFD broker where he supervised the firm’s commodity and currency trading operations for three years. In 2008, prior to joining al bogari Islamic Gold, he worked with GFS Commodities, a CFTC-registered brokerage firm based out of Dubai to trade commodities, energy and currency futures. He holds a Bachelors of Commerces with a specialisation in Accounting from the University of Calicut and is a certified both as DGCX Commodities Professional (DCPP) and as a Compliance Officer in Anti Money Laundering (CODO).

Accountant – al bogari Islamic Gold

Jaicob is an accounting professional with over 14 years of experience in retail, wholesale and distribution companies. He first began his career as accountant with Dunroll Tyre Industries LTD, in New Delhi. Before joining al bogari Islamic Gold,  he worked with Damas  Jewellery  Group, the largest  jewellery retailer in UAE. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calicut and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from NICT.
